    Accessibility Statement

Our approach to accessible digital experiences and how to report a barrier.

    Updated October 25, 2026

Access is part of product quality

We design Synrgy so participants, advisors, and institutional teams can use the service across devices and access needs.

    1. Our commitment

Synrgy is committed to making its website and services usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for ongoing design, development, and review.

    2. Measures we take

    Our accessibility work includes:

    • Semantic page structure and descriptive headings.
    • Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
    • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labeled controls.
    • Color contrast and visible focus states in the design system.
    • Responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion preferences.
    • Accessibility review during product and content updates.

    3. Current status and limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We have not yet completed an independent conformance audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance at this time.

Some third-party content, externally hosted scheduling experiences, media, and legacy pages may not fully meet our accessibility target. We work to provide an accessible alternative when a barrier is reported.

    4. Accessibility feedback

If you encounter a barrier, tell us the page or feature, the assistive technology and browser you used, and the outcome you were trying to reach. We will review the issue and respond with available alternatives or planned remediation.
